Return Window

Return requests should be started within 14 days of delivery. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, clean, free from pet hair, odor, stains, or damage, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

How To Start A Return

Contact us with your order number, item name, and return reason. Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.

Refunds

After a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers may require additional time to post funds.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.
